Summary
Residency, partnered with Ofgem to accelerate the digitalisation of their Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS). As administrators of the scheme, Ofgem aimed to enhance the user experience and streamline operations by replacing manual processes with digital solutions. Residency quickly assessed the project needs and assembled a team of technical architects, developers, and testers to collaborate with Ofgem's in-house team.

This successful partnership resulted in the delivery of a new digital service that met Government Digital Service (GDS) standards in a shorter time frame. The project demonstrated Residency ability to rapidly deploy specialist teams and improve efficiencies, making it an ideal choice for public sector bodies seeking digital transformation. The Ministry of Defence (MOD) embarked on a mission to modernise their infrastructure by transitioning from legacy Military Medical Solutions to Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products and services hosted in the Cloud, utilising NHS suppliers and other suitable commercial providers.

Residency, as a trusted consultancy, were engaged during the Alpha stage of the project. Collaborating seamlessly with the Lead Architect and Programme Manager, our team played a crucial role in developing the target architecture, documenting both the current and future medical systems business architecture for fixed and deployed environments. Summary
The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) is committed to providing guidance and support to minimise cybersecurity risks. In order to enhance email security and gain insight into phishing attacks on public sector organisations, the NCSC sought a reliable delivery partner to create the Mail Check programme, a key component of their Active Cyber Defence initiatives.

Residency was chosen for the task, and we provided a highly specialised, security-cleared project team to work on-site at NCSC's London headquarters. The Mail Check programme was developed as a cloud-native system in AWS, featuring back-end software primarily built in C# and a React-based front end. Infrastructure was established as code using Terraform and deployed through a CI/CD pipeline. Summary
NHS Digital needed to improve the observability of the triage efficiency within their systems. Assisting the Data Workstream Team, NHS Digital were seeking a specialist delivery partner tasked with supporting delivery of the improvement of the Urgent and Emergency Care Digital Integration (UEC DI) programme of work, with particular focus on 111/999 triage related analytics and analytical software development.

This programme was to help collect, link and analyse data (including use of statistical modelling and data science techniques) at a national level and provide improved insights and systems/service.  Residency successfully supported NHS Digital with a multi-disciplinary team focused on advanced analytics and statistical/advanced SQL and SAS.
